Here is the first of a few lessons from the Shoulder Summit that I’m sharing.  I took an example I did the first day of the Summit and revised it to make it a bit clearer.  Enjoy!

    Good explanation of the Snowball concept and I like it how you make the example concrete with the calculations. Good stuff.And yeah, "dad is making a video" sign at the door doesn't always help, does it :)
